Our Service

Stinson Rides is a transportation coordination platform for scheduled airport and local rides. We help customers request rides and help approved drivers review, claim, and complete ride opportunities. Stinson Rides is not emergency transportation and should not be used for medical emergencies or urgent safety needs.

Ride Requests and Availability

Submitting a ride request does not guarantee that a driver will be available. A ride is not confirmed until Stinson Rides or an approved driver confirms the booking. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, dropoff locations, travel dates and times, passenger counts, contact information, and any relevant ride details.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to use Stinson Rides lawfully, provide accurate booking information, be ready at the agreed pickup time, communicate changes as soon as possible, and treat drivers and support staff respectfully.

Driver Eligibility and Approval

Drivers must be reviewed and approved before using driver features or accepting ride opportunities. Stinson Rides may require driver information, vehicle information, availability details, and other eligibility information. Approval is not guaranteed and may be changed, paused, or revoked at our discretion.

Cancellations

Customers and drivers should communicate cancellations as early as possible. Stinson Rides may establish additional cancellation procedures or fees as the service develops. If a cancellation policy applies to a confirmed ride, it will be communicated through the website, app, or support process.

SMS Terms

By using Stinson Rides and providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages including verification codes, booking updates, ride status alerts, driver/customer notifications, and support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Stinson Rides SMS messages are intended for transactional service activity and support, not marketing or promotional messaging.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for keeping your phone and verification access secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, creates safety concerns, violates these Terms, or creates risk for Stinson Rides, customers, drivers, or the public.

Payments

Payment features may be added or updated over time. If payment providers are used, payments may be subject to additional provider terms. Stinson Rides will communicate applicable pricing, payment, and refund information before or during booking when those features are available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stinson Rides is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Stinson Rides does not promise uninterrupted service, guaranteed driver availability, or error-free app or website operation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service grows. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Stinson Rides after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules.
